Oyster & exotic mushrooms

Agaricus is the most popular cultivated mushroom. He has been reigning for years on our tables and in our hearts. And yet, although it would seem that everything about her is already known, it can surprise and arouse curiosity. It was my curiosity, as well as the desire to get to know the unknown that made me interested in other varieties of cultivated mushrooms as well. Since most of them come from Asia, they are called exotic mushrooms. Below are some species that in my opinion deserve attention, especially due to their pro-healthy properties.
