Nameko

Pholiota Nameko, commonly known as Nameko is a small, amber-brown mushroom with a slightly gelatinous coating that is used as an ingredient in miso soup and nabemonoin Poland, its sweet, almost honey flavour, is often called “cultured Armillaria”. Fruits are a source of vitamins and minerals; they also have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-cancer properties.
