Oyster Mushroom

Grey Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus Ostreatus) – mushroom, which in recent times is becoming more and more popular in Poland. Except Agaricus It is the most commonly cultivated mushroom due to high consumer values. In addition to the taste values, Oyster mushrooms have high nutritional and healing values.

Lemon, Pink and King Oyster (Eryngii) These are mushrooms with extraordinary health properties. They lower sugar and cholesterol levels and destroy cancer cells: Japanese scientists have shown that the extract from the offspring contains an active substance that can reduce cancer tumors. They are also a source of protein, vitamins (e. g. a set of B vitamins) and mineral salts. Thanks to their extraordinary properties, they are classified as medicinal fungi.
